Dean, a Chartered Tax Adviser as well as an accountant, has always specialised in working with small businesses and new business start-ups. He is particularly keen on helping sole-traders and partnerships incorporate their businesses and take advantage of the more favourable tax regime for companies.
He holds a first class honours degree in Multimedia Design and regularly guest lectures on business start-up courses held at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, London. He also co-wrote the tax chapters of Alison Branagan's forthcoming book "The Essential Guide to Business for Visual Artists". Dean is a friend of Cockpit Arts studios in London, the UK's only creative business incubator for designer-makers, and will be running a number of financial surgeries and workshops for their residents over the forthcoming year.
Dean is a keen runner and cyclist and can often be found wandering around the office in his cycling shorts and hi-vis jacket.

Pratish, a Chartered Certified Accountant, has a varied background working for accountancy practices both large and small. He has a keen eye for detail and can advise clients on growth opportunities for their businesses from the information recorded in their accounts. He particularly enjoys helping smaller businesses develop and grow from being reliant on their owner to being sustainable entities in their own right.
Married with two children, Pratish likes to spend time with his young family whilst avidly supporting the more successful of Manchester's two premiership football clubs.
